1. Parameter Acquisition

  • Identity Parameters: Your name, business email, phone number, and corporate profiles provided during dashboard registration.
  • Deployment & Usage Metrics: Framework progress, execution scores, and dashboard activity used to optimize system delivery and verify credential validation.
  • Financial Data: SANKOF never stores transaction card details. All capital transfers are processed through Paystack’s secure, PCI‑DSS compliant infrastructure.

2. Operational Data Utilization

We utilize your information to maintain a seamless, secure operational environment:

  • To authorize access to your dashboard frameworks and strategy blueprints.
  • To coordinate joint team or volume enterprise licensing accounts.
  • To verify eligibility for corporate digital credentials and audit milestones.
  • To transmit technical alerts regarding your platform profile, assets, or core system upgrades.

3. Verification & Public Registry

To protect the integrity of our systems, we log your Name and Credential ID in our public validation registry. This allows authorized corporate partners to confirm your completion of SANKOF frameworks.

4. Infrastructure Security

Your profile information is isolated using modern database encryption standards. System access is heavily restricted, monitored, and firewalled against unauthorized entry.

5. Integrated Providers

We never sell or distribute your data to third-party ad brokers. We only route information through essential infrastructure partners:

  • Paystack: For secure transactional gateway verification.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: For distributed database architecture and redundant data backups.

6. Account Sovereignty

You maintain direct governance over your profile parameters. You may request:

  • A downloadable copy of your stored usage data.
  • Immediate correction of misaligned operational profiles.
  • Permanent deletion of your dashboard account and personal logs.

Note: Core transactional receipts must be archived for tax and compliance audits.
