Welcome to SANKOF. By accessing our platform, enrolling in our 10,000 National Scholarship Initiative, or participating in our Monthly Grant Challenge, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully to understand our mission as a Sadaqatul Jariya (Ongoing Charity) initiative.

1. Nature of Service & Sadaqatul Jariya

  • Free Educational Access: In line with our mission, all "Street MBA" learning modules are provided 100% tuition-free as a gift to the Nigerian Ummah.
  • Administrative Certification Fee: While the knowledge is free, the Professional Certification carries a subsidized administrative fee (₦5,000). This fee covers the costs of exam hosting, identity verification, and national accreditation.
  • Not a Financial Scheme: SANKOF is an educational academy, NOT an investment scheme, lottery, or "money doubling" service. We provide skills and merit-based grants only.

2. The 10,000 Scholarship & Monthly Grants

  • Eligibility: The 10,000 scholarship slots are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis across Nigeria.
  • Merit-Based Grants: The ₦250,000 Monthly Grant Pool is awarded strictly based on academic excellence and business aptitude. Only students who complete the Professional Certification Path and score in the Top 5% of their cohort qualify for funding.
  • Selection Process: Winners are selected based on objective assessment scores. Participation in the challenge does not guarantee a grant.
  • Payouts: Verified grant winners are announced on the 28th of every month. Funds are disbursed via Nigerian Bank Transfer to the verified account matching the student's registered name.

3. Disqualification & Integrity

  • Academic Integrity: Any attempt to cheat, use AI to manipulate exam scores, or create multiple accounts to "game" the grant system will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
  • Zero Tolerance: As this is a Sadaqah-based project, we hold our students to the highest moral and ethical standards. Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable: The ₦5,000 administrative fee is non-refundable once the exam portal or digital credential has been accessed.
  • Secure Processing: All payments are processed through Paystack. SANKOF does not store your financial or card details.

5. Limitation of Liability

SANKOF, its directors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. We provide the tools for success, but we do not guarantee specific business profit levels or income results.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
