Master Service Agreement (MSA)

By accessing the SANKOF platform or purchasing any of our programs, you agree to the terms outlined in this Master Service Agreement. These terms govern the authorized use of our learning materials, business frameworks, and digital resources.

1. Nature of Our Services

  • Practical Learning: SANKOF provides business education, strategic frameworks, and operational guidance. We are not a university and do not issue academic degrees.
  • No Financial Guarantees: While our programs are designed to improve business performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend on your implementation and market conditions.

2. Licensing & Account Access

  • Single‑User License: Each course purchase grants access to one individual. Licenses cannot be shared across multiple staff members or organizations.
  • No Credential Sharing: Sharing login details is strictly prohibited. Accounts found sharing access will be permanently suspended without refund.
  • Team & Enterprise Access: Organizations requiring multiple seats must request a Volume License through our Enterprise Sales team.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Instant Access: All purchases provide immediate access to digital content.
  • No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been granted.
  • Payment Processing: All transactions are securely handled by Paystack. SANKOF is not responsible for bank charges, FX fees, or network delays.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, videos, frameworks, and documents are the exclusive intellectual property of SANKOF LTD. Copying, recording, distributing, or reselling any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

SANKOF is not liable for any business losses, including loss of revenue, data, or operational downtime, resulting from the use or misuse of our programs. You are responsible for how you apply the strategies provided.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Abuja, FCT.
