2. Account & Access

  • Individual License: Each enrollment is for one person. Your login cannot be shared with others.
  • No Sharing: Sharing account credentials will lead to permanent account suspension without refund.
  • Team Access: For multiple learners, contact us about group enrollment options.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Instant Access: After successful payment, you get immediate access to your program dashboard.
  • Refund Policy: Most programs come with a 7‑day money‑back guarantee. If you don’t feel more confident and clear, request a full refund from your dashboard.
  • Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by Paystack. Sankof is not responsible for bank delays or additional charges from your financial institution.

4. Intellectual Property

All audio programs, templates, scripts, frameworks, and platform content are the exclusive intellectual property of Sankof LTD. Copying, recording, distributing, or reselling our materials is prohibited and will be legally enforced.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sankof provides educational content and tools. We are not liable for business losses, revenue changes, or other outcomes resulting from applying our programs. Business decisions and execution risks are yours.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Abuja, FCT.
