Master Service Agreement (MSA)

By accessing the SANKOF platform or purchasing any framework license, you agree to this Master Service Agreement. These parameters govern the authorized deployment of our architecture blueprints, corporate templates, and digital systems.

1. Operational Parameters

  • Strategic Frameworks: SANKOF provides elite enterprise architecture blueprints and operational governance guidance. We do not issue academic degrees.
  • Implementation Liability: While our frameworks are built to optimize performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. Results depend entirely on your active execution and macro market conditions.

2. Licensing & Access Rights

  • Individual Dashboard License: Each activation authorizes a single user profile. Dashboard access cannot be distributed across unassigned personnel or separate firms.
  • No Profile Sharing: Distributing login credentials is strictly prohibited. Accounts violating this parameter will be permanently deactivated with zero liability.
  • Enterprise Volume Access: Firms requiring multi-seat deployments must secure a custom Volume License through our Corporate Sales team.

3. Financial Terms & Refund Policies

  • Instant Asset Delivery: All approved transactions grant immediate, automated access to your digital dashboard toolkit.
  • Refund Limitations: Digital infrastructure sales are final, except for the Client Acquisition framework which carries an automated 7-day protection guarantee.
  • Gateway Operations: Capital processing is managed entirely by Paystack. SANKOF remains free from liability regarding network delays or institutional bank fees.

4. Proprietary Intellectual Capital

All digital audio blueprints, systems, code, frameworks, and text elements are the exclusive intellectual property of SANKOF LTD. Recording, copying, distributing, or reselling our assets is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate legal enforcement.

5. Limitation of Operating Liability

SANKOF accepts no liability for operational business losses, net margin drops, data issues, or system downtime resulting from the deployment or misapplication of our blueprints. Execution risks rest with the founder.

6. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Dispute resolution protocols will be executed exclusively within the legal courts of Abuja, FCT.
